We are thrilled to share that eCAMION has been recognized by Export Development Canada (EDC) as one of only five Canadian cleantech companies advancing the energy transition in 2025. In the recent EDC article “5 Canadian cleantech companies enabling change in 2025,” eCAMION is spotlighted as one of the “Ones to Watch.”

Why This Recognition Matters

Every year, EDC highlights a select group of Canadian cleantech firms making breakthroughs in sustainability and low-carbon technology. According to EDC, this initiative helps shine a spotlight on innovations that are helping drive the transition toward a cleaner, more sustainable future. By being included in this cohort of five, eCAMION is not only being recognized for what we’ve built to date, but also being positioned alongside other companies poised to make outsized impact in clean tech, both in Canada and globally.

This recognition aligns with a larger narrative: Canada is increasingly seen as a key player in the global clean energy transition.

  • Since 2012, EDC has facilitated around USD 50 billion in support for Canadian cleantech companies.
  • In 2024 alone, EDC supported 500 cleantech companies, bolstering the scaling of innovations that push forward decarbonization and energy resilience.
  • EDC’s 2025 cleantech report underscores how Canada has competitive advantages in areas like EV battery technology, renewable energy exports, and electrification solutions

In short: the momentum is strong, the interest is growing, and Canada is carving out a reputation for clean tech excellence.

Our Path Forward at eCAMION

Receiving this recognition fuels our drive even more. For us, this is not just a badge of honour — it’s a responsibility to keep pushing boundaries.

Our goals include:

  • Scaling our fast EV charging and integrated energy storage solutions, expanding deployment across new regions
  • Strengthening partnerships with public and private sector collaborators who share our vision
  • Driving innovation in efficiency, reliability, grid integration, and sustainable design
  • Expanding into new markets, domestically and internationally, leveraging Canada’s growing cleantech export presence

We remain deeply grateful to EDC for the recognition and for their ongoing support of Canada’s cleantech sector. And to our partners, supporters, and the incredible eCAMION team — this recognition belongs to all of us collectively.

Join Us in Powering Progress

This is an exciting moment for eCAMION and for the Canadian cleantech community. But the journey is far from over. We invite you to stay connected as we continue to accelerate the energy transition, one innovation at a time.
